This course is made for parents or caregivers of young children who identify as HSPs/Highly Sensitive.  This course is suitable for all genders, and I seek to be as inclusive as possible with regards to age, gender, sexuality, and family structure.  While much of the course material is applicable to HSP parents of children of all ages, it is particularly suited for parents of young children ages 0-5, or expectant/pregnant parents.

You will have lifetime access to the HSP Parenthood course and bonuses.  In fact, I will be periodically updating and adding more resources to the program, and these will be made available to you in the future as they are released!

This course is not a replacement for therapy. Although Amy has training as a psychotherapist, she is acting as a HSP parenting coach and educator in this role. This course may be helpful to teach you concepts that you can bring to your own individual therapist to discuss.
